About the role
- Support the Head of Nursing in personnel management, planning and development
- Organize and oversee smooth nursing operations
- Manage nursing processes in accordance with professional and legal requirements
- Ensure duty scheduling and promote staff development
- Supervise the team and implement quality and documentation standards
- Work closely with management and actively implement the nursing care philosophy
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse, health and nursing care nurse, registered nurse) with several years of professional experience
- Experience leading teams is desirable
- Strong professional competence and sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of health and care legislation
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
