About the role

  • Manage and further develop all processes and structures for the fleet department
  • Serve as the primary contact for the fleet area and organize, oversee and administer approximately 250 vehicles
  • Optimize structures and processes within fleet management, including the digitalization of fleet operations
  • Coordinate and monitor all maintenance and repairs of the vehicle fleet, and record and process damages
  • Communicate with suppliers, service providers and employees
  • Reporting and cost control
  • Coordinate, optimize and manage motor vehicle insurance policies

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an automotive management assistant/automotive sales specialist (Automobilkaufmann) or equivalent qualification
  • At least three years of professional experience in fleet management
  • Customer orientation, advisory skills, an independent and structured working style, and strong organizational ability
  • Solid knowledge of dispatching/vehicle scheduling, experience with a fleet management software/program, reliability, flexibility and loyalty
  • Very good spoken and written German language skills
