About the role

  • Accompanying, caring for and activating our day-care guests to promote their mental and physical well-being
  • Encouraging guests to participate in various activities such as cognitive exercises, social/board games, short exercise sessions, mobility exercises, gardening, cooking, baking and other activities

Requirements

  • Current care certificate in accordance with §53c SGB XI (no older than 6 months)
  • Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, patience and punctuality
  • Interest in day care and working with older people
  • Very good German language skills
  • Clean criminal record certificate
