About the role
- Instruct internal and external nursing trainees (m/f/d)
- Implement the practical tasks required by nursing schools
- Complete practical training documentation
- Contribute to care planning and provide individualized care that takes patients' needs into account
- Provide basic and treatment care for tracheotomized and/or ventilated patients
- Monitor ventilation and vital parameters, manage emergencies and observe patients
- Support and assist patients with daily living activities
- Communicate with relatives, patients and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d)
- Further training/certification as a Practice Instructor (m/f/d)
- Compassionate, empathic approach to our patients (m/f/d)
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine commitment and passion for the nursing profession
Benefits
- Hourly wage: €21.92 to €26.11 plus a function allowance for performing Practice Instructor duties
- From 2026: remuneration according to a new collective agreement with two modern pay models and a bonus system of up to 150% (net)
- Sign-on bonus: €2,000
