About the role

  • Assume leadership responsibilities and additionally provide nursing care and support to patients
  • Prepare nursing histories and care plans in close cooperation with residents, legal guardians, family members, nursing staff, physicians, and therapists
  • Monitor and ensure proper basic and treatment nursing care
  • Conduct regular case discussions and care rounds
  • Assist with creating duty rosters and vacation schedules
  • Perform supervisory duties, provide guidance, oversight, and duty of care for all nursing staff assigned to the residential unit

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as a registered/state-qualified nurse (m/f/d)
  • Experience in intensive care or out-of-hospital (home) intensive care preferred
  • Successfully completed further training/qualification as a Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d)
  • Compassionate, empathetic approach to patients (m/f/d)
  • Strong communication skills
  • A genuine passion and commitment to nursing
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Some previous leadership experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
