Requirements

  • Educator (m/f/d) with an additional qualification in therapeutic pedagogy
  • Diploma-qualified pedagogue (Diplom-Pädagoge) (m/f/d)
  • Special needs pedagogue / special educator (m/f/d)
  • State-recognised social worker (m/f/d)
  • Reliability, a conscientious work ethic, composure and patience in working with children and adolescents requiring intensive care
  • Willingness and ability to cooperate with supervisors, parents, therapists and colleagues
  • Strong communication skills
  • Motivation and curiosity to embrace new experiences and learn new skills
