Manage the process for reviewing, funding, and execution of non-PAG community events, PAG sponsorships and special projects.
Submitting and tracking brand education and sponsorship requests.
Coordinating with field-based colleagues to manage process and event coverage.
Interfacing with PAGs and other community partners to secure necessary documentation and manage logistics.
Developing and managing key patient group relationships related to field events.
Create and manage development of educational events materials and resources.
Identifying and developing new platforms, based on assessment of existing program outcomes.
Responsible for training Patient Engagement team members.
Requirements
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical industry or related experience-preferably in Rare Disease.
Experience demonstrating exceptional communication, listening and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a highly regulated environment and adhere to strict company compliance guidelines and procedures.
Proven track record of collaborating broadly with a diverse range of customers, clients and stakeholders.
Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards. Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired.
