Provide thought partnership in building and standardizing commercial analytics & reporting eco-system
Act as strategic partner to frame, investigate, and answer key business questions related to organization-wide performance reporting, including executive reporting
Develop and execute creation of in-house insights-ready reports and dashboards to drive actionable patient and HCP insights
Synthesize and validate various inputs and communicate “the story” to commercial leadership
Lead dialogue to adapt global strategies and standardization of performance metrics and tracking
Lead the development of strategic portfolio level analytics framework and extensive secondary data analytics
Identify, prioritize and describe relevant caveats and uncertainties in data and relate them to business questions
Connect, integrate, and synthesize analysis into clear strategic recommendations to enable commercial decision making
Partner with other analytic functions to advance use of novel data sources (including RWD, Data Science)
Proactively work across the enterprise to push novel analytic methodologies and oversee implementation of solutions
Lead and coach team members and direct workload of flexible resources
Manage vendor/offshore resources, ensure team commissioning and contracting through preferred vendors
Accountable for team meeting compliance and Corporate SOP obligations of primary market research projects
Manage budgets associated with assigned activities
Continuous improvement and identification/utilization of new capabilities to maximize competitive advantages of the business
Requirements
12+ years’ experience in Biopharma, analytics, strategic consulting, business, or related area
8+ years of hands-on coding experience in Python, R, SAS, SQL or other data analytics tools in life science
Bachelor’s degree required
Master of Science strongly preferred in a quantitative or engineering discipline
