About the role
- Own and lead the US HCP strategy for XTANDI
- Identify, develop, and execute HCP strategies and tactics that maximize brand performance
- Act as Promotional Lead, driving messaging and differentiation
- Partner closely with Medical, Sales, and Analytics to ensure promotion is impactful
- Work with analytics colleagues to monitor performance trends
- Partner cross functionally to align HCP strategy with broader lifecycle considerations
- Develop and deliver presentations for senior leadership
- Own the HCP AOR agency relationship, including budget oversight
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience required, or Master's degree and 7+ years of experience, or Ph.D./PharmD and 5+ years of experience required
- US pharmaceutical experience
- Demonstrated success developing and executing complex marketing programs
- Proven track record of building and leading high-functioning teams
- Solid business acumen and organizational skills with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level
- Experience forecasting and leading the development of annual strategic plans
- High-energy, proactive self-starter with initiative to function autonomously
