About the role
- Collaborate with Pfizer partners to grow appropriate vaccine use
- Identify opportunities to enhance immunization practices and access
- Develop and manage productive relationships with decision-makers
- Conduct need assessments to deliver compliant solutions
- Negotiate and manage contracts with healthcare organizations
- Execute marketing programs across customer segments
- Stay current with healthcare environment changes
Requirements
- BS/BA Degree Required, Master’s degree preferred
- 5-10 years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience
- Prior team management and/or account management preferred
- Experience with contract negotiation and advancing account strategies
- Demonstrated advanced negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook
