About the role

  • Own and manage the Polaris Hybrid CRM configuration backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term strategy
  • Oversee a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts in delivering solutions for the Patient Services Hybrid model and Enhancements to the Polaris CRM
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce configuration solutions, including personas, visibility models, record types, page layouts, and flows
  • Define and enforce configuration standards to maintain consistency and quality across all CRM components
  • Develop and maintain the end-to-end product vision and 18-month roadmap for Polaris CRM capabilities, driving continuous improvement and innovation
  • Champion the voice of the customer in all configuration decisions, ensuring solutions deliver exceptional usability and business value
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Admins, and Development teams to plan and execute sprints that meet delivery timelines and quality expectations
  • Define and execute the technical strategy for Polaris CRM platforms, components, and capabilities across global business units
  • Collaborate with solution delivery leads and business stakeholders to align on platform strategy, requirements, and ensure CRM solutions meet business needs
  • Oversee project governance, budgets, and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with commercial, digital, and financial processes and delivering high-quality CRM initiatives on time and within budget

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical design, and implementation of complex software systems, with a focus on CRM platforms
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale CRM projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Deep understanding CRM and Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, coding standards, and integration capabilities
  • Proven success delivering solutions using Agile development methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Disciplined Agile)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, and project budgets
  • Strong financial and budget acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
