- Map key customer journeys across each ecosystem asset

Requirements
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, and/or customer experience positions
- Strong analytical prowess to conduct root cause analyses
- Deep expertise in journey mapping and human-centered design
- Strong writing, presenting, and influencing skills
- Bachelors Degree required
