About the role
- Perform and document the Risk Assessment for each SOQ location to be audited
- Audit preparation: determine duration, obtain agreement on the audit date with the SOQ location, complete audit agenda
- Audit Execution: Serve as lead auditor or participate as an auditor
- Conduct the opening meeting, manage the audit process, and lead the closing meeting
- Audit report writing and finding classification: write the audit report and classify each audit finding as per the applicable procedure
- Review and accept the finding response
- Monitor the SOQ locations requirement to ensure the audit meets local requirements (legislations)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or a Science or Engineering related field
- A minimum of 3 years previous experience in GMP/GDP Quality Operational environment or 3 years of audits experience
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
