About the role
- Report to Portfolio Marketing Lead and oversee a marketing team of three colleagues focused on vaccine implementation programs
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and key external partners
- Develop, design, and deliver marketing strategies and execution at scale
- Manage advertising and HIT agencies to ensure project deliverables are timely and within budget
- Lead integrated learning and measurement plan for execution against objectives
Requirements
- Bachelors degree with 8+ years of sales / marketing pharmaceutical experiences
- Led marketing/customer strategy development – brand, campaign, customer
- Experience designing, developing, gaining approvals, training and executing marketing plans and tactics
- Strong understanding of vaccine implementation programs including HIT, EMR systems, adherence programs
- Deep understanding of vaccines business and evolving healthcare landscape
- Experience leading, coaching, developing sales / marketing teams
