About the role
- Serve as the Oncology Medical lead for assigned customers (Northeast U.S.)
- Provide objective, scientifically sound medical and outcomes-based information on Pfizer Oncology products
- Developing and delivering real‑world evidence and pharmacoeconomic insights
- Lead customer-specific medical strategies and collaborations
- Engage key external stakeholders and support formulary and decision-making needs
- Work cross‑functionally within Pfizer to align outcomes research and medical initiatives
- Lead high‑impact outcomes initiatives to improve population health
- Maintain deep market and customer intelligence within a complex healthcare landscape
Requirements
- PharmD /PhD / Terminal degree with 7+ years of experience OR Masters degree with 8+ years of experience
- Experience in Clinical, formulary, and/or other health-system management experience
- Managed Care, pharmaceutical industry, health-system operations, and/or Quality Improvement
- Data Analytics and/or HEOR activities, with demonstrated strong methodological skills
- Significant experience in interacting with healthcare decision makers and population health providers
- Experience communicating large amounts of scientific information clearly and concisely
- Understands the principles of study design, methodology, data analysis, and interpretation
- Experience influencing and collaborating with peers to create business impact
- Strong situational leadership skills
- Able to travel, including overnight travel; located within a 2-hour drive of a major airport
- Must operate a Pfizer company car with a valid US Driver’s License
