- Integrate a single governed International CFC reporting technology roadmap
- Develop coordinated transition plan for CFC Reporting capabilities
- Lead multi year messaging strategy for CFC messaging
- Collaborate with Global Commercial Analytics and marketing teams
- Deliver operational excellence across U.S. and International portfolios
Requirements
- BA Required; MBA or equivalent Master’s-level education preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
- 5+ years of experience in managing diverse/global teams
- Experience in leading complex, large-scale business projects
- Minimum 10 years experience in process excellence and project management
- Understanding of agile methods and product development lifecycle
- Deep understanding of healthcare data landscape
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
