About the role

  • Work with the sites to ensure they get the most from our Advanced Planning Systems, supporting both Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) operations and Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Support the design and configuration to meet each site’s requirements
  • Configure a rule-based engine to automatically generate high-quality schedules
  • Support data collection
  • Engage with the sites and highlight the value the new system brings to them
  • Help to define and measure data and configuration process adherence
  • Collaborate in the design, integration and testing of CI requirements
  • Identify, define and analyze areas of opportunity
  • Apply critical thinking to interpret supply chain data, identify improvement opportunities, and design fit‑for‑purpose solutions that support data‑driven decision making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research or Data Science
  • Around 3-5 years cumulative experience, especially with hands-on experience in:
  • Data analysis, focused on supply chain and manufacturing improvement
  • Advanced planning and scheduling solutions
  • Coding experience (ability to perform analysis on datasets using SQL, Python or R; develop prototype models/production code)
  • A passion for data and its impact in the industrial world
  • Ability to communicate, influence, build relationships and collaborate with a variety of colleagues
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
