About the role
- Lead cross‑functional portfolio, Sales, and Account Management efforts to develop, implement, and track quarterly revenue and margin‑generating programs
- Drive pan‑portfolio margin improvement initiatives in partnership with Manufacturing
- Manage and enhance key business reporting including contributions to dashboards, portfolio performance tracking, and monthly business highlights
- Lead strategic, US pan portfolio initiatives including business development opportunity assessments
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Strategy to identify and implement strategies that maximize molecule value
- Collaborate with Customer Strategy & Account Management to advance continuous improvement of supply program management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science or related field
- Minimum of 8 years in marketing, sales, contracting, finance, and/or relevant experience
- Market Access experience, contracting with GPOs and IDNs
- Pricing analysis and determination, particularly with GPOs
- P&L responsibility
- Forecasting
- Operating plan/latest estimate experience
- US experience
- Product/portfolio valuation, business case development, project management, product forecasting, cost of goods sold, pricing successes
