About the role

  • Lead cross‑functional portfolio, Sales, and Account Management efforts to develop, implement, and track quarterly revenue and margin‑generating programs
  • Drive pan‑portfolio margin improvement initiatives in partnership with Manufacturing
  • Manage and enhance key business reporting including contributions to dashboards, portfolio performance tracking, and monthly business highlights
  • Lead strategic, US pan portfolio initiatives including business development opportunity assessments
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Strategy to identify and implement strategies that maximize molecule value
  • Collaborate with Customer Strategy & Account Management to advance continuous improvement of supply program management processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years in marketing, sales, contracting, finance, and/or relevant experience
  • Market Access experience, contracting with GPOs and IDNs
  • Pricing analysis and determination, particularly with GPOs
  • P&L responsibility
  • Forecasting
  • Operating plan/latest estimate experience
  • US experience
  • Product/portfolio valuation, business case development, project management, product forecasting, cost of goods sold, pricing successes
