About the role
- Lead the development and execution of the U.S. access marketing strategy for the Growth Hormone portfolio
- Shape and influence evidence needs, payer value frameworks, and channel strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Develop access strategies across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and specialty pharmacy channels
- Serve as the primary US Market Access Marketing point of contact for Genotropin and Ngenla
- Identify and address payer access barriers using analytics, insights, and competitive intelligence
- Develop and evolve value propositions, payer narratives, and access materials aligned with brand and enterprise strategy
- Partner with customer-facing colleagues to support pull-through and access optimization
- Manage USMA budgets for Growth Hormone access activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience OR PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience with U.S. pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare
- Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration, communication, and influence capabilities across complex matrix environments
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
