About the role

  • Develop predictive and analytical models used in productivity assessments across the organization (GBM)
  • Query and analyze operational and financial data to identify productivity improvement opportunities
  • Support benchmarking and scenario planning for network optimization
  • Oversee the development and application of knowledge graphs and advanced analytics
  • Visualize complex data in accessible formats for diverse audiences
  • Translate manufacturing and financial data into strategic recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR a PhD with 1+ years of experience
  • Experience driving data science, analytics, and operational excellence initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Strong foundation in statistical modeling and predictive analytics
  • Exceptional ability to analyze complex datasets and design sustainable strategies
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end analytics projects
