About the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive portfolio strategies that impact multiple brands within the oncology umbrella.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, organized accounts teams, and data analytics.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and present strategic plans, business cases, and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Partner with BU leaders to develop business strategies.
- Identify key strategic imperatives and capabilities required to achieve these imperatives.
- Lead a portfolio of projects that provide insight and direction for key strategic levers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant healthcare experience required.
- Experience working in or with commercial functions involving strategy development and/or strategic initiatives.
- Proven track record of strong performance, teamwork, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues from multiple functional areas.
- Strong execution and project management skills, with the ability to work proactively and under tight timelines.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities.
- Experience leading cross-functional workstreams with senior colleagues preferred.
- Experience in the oncology marketplace preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and lead with indirect authority.
