Ensure accurate and on-time payment of rebates to assigned accounts.
Complete analysis on SI rebates to explain variances.
Ensure adherence to SOX controls and internal SOPs; maintain adequate supporting documentation for rebate payments.
Collaborate with contracting teams; review draft language for clarity and accuracy as it relates to rebates.
Provide input into contract negotiation strategies as it relates to payment terms and system capabilities.
Analyze quarterly finance accruals to verify accuracy and completeness across all assigned accounts.
Provide ad-hoc account information to WPO Finance for any material changes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a master's degree with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to understand and respond to multiple internal and external stakeholders
Strong verbal, and written communication skills with an emphasis on time management, follow-through, and issue resolution abilities
Strong skills in Excel, including proficiency with pivot tables, V-lookups, charts, and formulas; proficient working with large data files
Intermediate skills with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
Proficient using Business Objects, Cognos, or other reporting software; basic understanding of how report queries function and ability to create simple queries independently.
