About the role
- Provide strategic leadership to shape the team’s overarching vision, guide integrated go‑to‑market strategy development, and drive coordinated tactical execution across the Health Systems, Long‑Term Care, and Urgent Care channels.
- Apply customer insights and market dynamics to guide channel planning and optimize Primary Care portfolio performance.
- Represent the HULC channel perspective in key planning forums to ensure customer and channel considerations inform portfolio strategies.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, providing channel expertise and customer-informed recommendations.
- Coordinate with leads across marketing, sales, medical, access, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution across the Primary Care franchise.
- Help identify opportunities for innovative, integrated solutions that meet the evolving needs of Health Systems, LTC organizations, and Urgent Care networks.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of six high-performing colleagues, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, and development plans to build strong channel expertise within the team.
- Oversee the design and execution of operational processes that enable proactive planning and cross-functional coordination across the Primary Care business.
- Drive strong business management discipline to ensure execution excellence and alignment with the broader Customer & Channel Group vision.
Requirements
- Educational background: BA/BS with 12+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 10+ years of experience
- Healthcare Experience: 10+ years of relevant work experience in healthcare
- Deep expertise and knowledge of the dynamic US health system landscape with relevant experiences in the commercial/marketing business
- Leadership Skills: Executive presence and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization; Demonstrated ability to develop senior leadership presentations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and mastery of working in a matrix environment as a team player
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex situations in a matrix organizational structure through the participation in or leadership of cross-functional teams, strong team membership skills
- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Prior quantitative analytics experience heavily preferred
- Prior experiences in the commercial/marketing business
- Demonstrated business acumen, very strong analytical skills, and strategic mindset
- Strong writing, presentation and influencing skills.
- Nice-to-Have PhD or JD with 7+ years of experience OR MD/DVM with 5+ years of experience.
