About the role

  • Work directly with regional finance leads and commercial colleagues to understand the monthly performance drivers.
  • Prepare revenue and P&L commentary and analysis for review and presentation to Commercial leadership.
  • Drive and lead the consolidation and presentation/review of forward-looking components of the FP&A process.
  • Lead financial analysis and collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Act as a single point of contact for regional Finance Leads and regional commercial Leadership.
  • Lead simplification/automation initiatives and driving other financial process improvements.
  • Active participation and support of Global Biopharma FP&A activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 6+ years of finance experience required or 5 years with MBA.
  • Must have very strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral, written & presentations).
  • Strong financial modeling and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize competing business needs and high priority deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
