About the role
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of IM FMD colleagues within the designated IM FMD therapeutic area
- Anticipate and coach the designated IM FMD team colleague to maintain skills, capabilities, and expertise
- Conduct PX-related issues for assigned team
- Work effectively and seamlessly with other Team Leaders
- Assist the IM FMD VP and the IM FMD Strategy and Execution Lead as requested
- Partner with Administrative Professional and Operations Excellence staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a health / science field required
- PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal doctoral degree (e.g., Doctor of Nursing Practice, Doctor of Physical Therapy) highly preferred
- 12+ years of relevant experience required with Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant experience required with PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal degree
- Previous Field Medical experience as an individual contributor in the field required
- Demonstrated business acumen and experience in developing and successfully implementing action plans with field medical colleagues to achieve stated goals required
