Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience OR 7+ years with MBA/MS degree
- Ability to influence and collaborate with peers
- Experience in developing and coaching others
- Proven track record of overseeing and guiding the work of colleagues to achieve business impact
