About the role
- Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract and retain talented employees
- Source candidates, conduct interviews, evaluate employment factors, and make salary recommendations
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, guiding operational teams on recruitment projects and forecasting resource requirements
- Take part in recruitment related projects, managing time and resources effectively
- Make decisions to resolve recruitment related problems
- Create a strong connection with hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques for senior and mid-level positions
Requirements
- BA/BS & above degree with at least 5 years recruitment experience
- Solid talent sourcing, interview and stakeholders management skills
- Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sites
- Ability to conduct research, including data collection and reporting methodologies, utilizing various analytic tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time
