About the role
- Bring and implement innovative ideas, initiatives, and projects to GSC UK
- Provide Master Data team with strategic direction, line management, and collaboration
- Collaborate and partner across GSC EMEA and UK Commercial teams
- Monitor operational sales using strong data/statistical skills
- Apply supply control processes to maintain medicine availability and compliance
- Manage and validate UK customer accounts
- Document key decisions for organisational memory
- Develop and implement CMD strategies for UK Therapy Areas
- Lead team goals, CMD KPIs and GSC KPIs
- Promote Pfizer values (Courage, Excellence, Equity, Joy) and wellbeing culture
Requirements
- Pharmaceutical Industry experience or relevant experience from other industries
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to plan and continuously prioritize workload
- Good interpersonal and networking skills
- Able to engage with customers to understand their needs
- Solid understanding of different customer segments
- Commercial awareness of how medicines are typically used
- Very strong Data Analysis / Numerical Analysis skills
- Logical Reasoning skills
- Strong Data Visualization skills
