About the role
- Develop, maintain, and monitor activity-specific KPIs
- Collaborate with Medical Impact and Outcomes team lead
- Support Medical Impact and Outcomes team lead for analyses strategic planning
- Plan and conduct analytics
- Develop and calculate metrics for Medical Affairs activities
- Analyze KPIs to identify trends and insights
- Develop performance metrics linking individual and overall Medical goals
- Source and pull data from various systems
- Oversee data systems in collaboration with data management lead
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs teams for reporting data
- Collaborate with UI experts for data visualization
- Collect user feedback for metric updates
- Provide ongoing support for technical or data-related issues
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences, data analytics or similar
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years experience or Masters/MBA with 5+ years experience
- Demonstrated effectiveness working in cross-functional business environment
- Proven leadership skills in managing people and projects
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to partner cross culturally/regionally
- Effective English verbal and written communication
- In depth understanding of pharmaceutical medicine
- Technical knowledge in anticipating customer and market needs
- Ability to influence and collaborate with peers
- Ability to coach and develop others
- Strong analytical skills
