Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management or a related field
Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in information technology
Experience and demonstrated competencies in working with teams in a matrixed organization
Experience managing systems supporting pharmaceutical operations or other highly regulated environments (preferred)
Expertise in automation and AI-driven solutions (preferred)
Experience leading global or multi-site teams (preferred)
