About the role
- Oversee individual contributors, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth
- Maintain and optimize the portfolio of systems supporting Regulatory and Medical business units
- Promote the identification, design, and implementation of automation solutions
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial management activities
- Collaborate with creation center teams and business stakeholders for lifecycle management
- Ensure readiness for audits and inspections by maintaining robust controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management or a related field
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in information technology
- Experience and demonstrated competencies in working with teams in a matrixed organization
- Experience managing systems supporting pharmaceutical operations or other highly regulated environments (preferred)
- Experience across multiple R&D domains including Research, Clinical, Safety, Regulatory, and Medical (preferred)
- Expertise in automation and AI-driven solutions (preferred)
