- Role responsibilities: Ensure compliance with SOPs/Regulations; provide medically sound information on Pfizer Oncology medicines; develop Real World Evidence tools; integrate HIT with medical goals; lead medical accounts; communicate study designs; engage with stakeholders; support HIT initiatives; analyze workflows; develop clinical content; data collection planning; collaborate across Pfizer; represent leadership with associations; publish collaborative projects; respond to unsolicited requests; collaborate internally to meet data needs; manage multiple projects in field; maintain training status
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a health science required
- PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal doctoral degree preferred
- 8+ years with bachelor’s degree; 7+ years with master’s degree; 5+ years with terminal degree
- Experience in Clinical, formulary, and/or other management experience
- Managed Care, pharmaceutical industry, and/or Quality Improvement
- Data Analytics and/or HEOR activities with demonstrated strong methodological skills (study design, data analysis, interpretation)
- Significant experience interacting with payers and other organized customers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate with peers; leadership experience; ability to coach others
- Strong analytic skills; creative problem solving; ability to identify opportunities
- Travel: ability to travel 60-80% of time; overnight travel; operate a Pfizer company car; valid US Driver’s License; within 2-hour drive of a major airport
- Willingness to travel as required and work in field-based, remote environment
