About the role
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of North America web projects, including new site launches, platform migrations, major and minor enhancements, and content updates
- Manage cross-functional teams, liaison with agency and vendor partners to ensure timely, high-quality execution of web initiatives
- Ensure all web assets meet regulatory, legal, and brand standards, including deployment approvals and audit trails
- Lead and mentor a team of delivery managers with a strong emphasis on driving quality, reusability and optimization
Requirements
- BA/BS with at least 8 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 7 years of experience or PhD with at least 5 years of experience
- Progressive track record in a variety of technical leadership roles, ideally inclusive of web, mobile, content and AI technology solutions
- Awareness of Pharmaceutical industry a key advantage
- Must have product, project and program management experience
- Must have proven track record leading high performance teams
