Lead the day-to-day administration of the global surety bond program
Manage time-sensitive insurance invoicing including Workers’ Compensation payments
Coordinate the issuance of insurance certificates across geographies
Support Directors in the renewal of major global insurance programs
Assist with ongoing program maintenance and documentation across multiple lines of coverage
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field with at least 2 years of experience in insurance operations, risk management, or corporate finance; OR a master's degree with more than 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8 years of relevant experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables
Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent requests
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting/administration tools
