Requirements
BA/BS with at least 8 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 7 years of experience or PhD/JD with at least 5 years of experience or MD/DVM with at least 4 years of experience.
Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management
Proven track record in strategic sourcing and category management
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
Proficiency in procurement and finance systems including Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools
Ability to manage complex projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes.
