About the role

  • Support strategic goals by driving optimal patient access for medicines.
  • Provide strategic input into clinical trial designs and analysis plans.
  • Develop and execute clinical outcomes assessment strategy.
  • Lead development and execution of Value & Evidence Strategy (VES).
  • Design and execute global HEOR studies from concept through publication.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders for customer facing dissemination of HEOR materials.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key external experts.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree required (e.g. MSc, MPH, PhD).
  • 7+ years of experience with MSc/MPH/MBA degree; 5+ years with PharmD/PhD in HEOR or relevant related fields.
  • Demonstrated in depth understanding of fundamental health services research methods and tools.
  • Capable of independently managing complex non-interventional study projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Strong project management abilities (contracting, budgeting, vendor management) essential.
  • Ability to influence key members of medical, clinical, and commercial teams constructively and without conflict.
