About the role
- You independently manage our customers by phone and provide them with advisory support.
- Preparing performance and profitability calculations is part of your responsibilities.
- You prepare quotes, follow them up and accompany them through to successful conclusion.
- You handle incoming complaints and returns and ensure smooth processing.
- You independently size and design heat pump, PV and solar thermal systems.
- You further develop and strategically grow the technical sales division for heat pumps, PV and solar systems.
- You work transparently with field sales colleagues and actively support them.
Requirements
- Solid expertise in electrical engineering, photovoltaics and solar thermal systems desirable
- Knowledge of heat pumps is an advantage
- Strong technical understanding and preferably professional experience in selling heat pumps, PV and solar systems
- Passion for sales that inspires our customers
- Independent, transparent and goal-oriented working style
