About the role
- You independently manage our customers by phone and provide them with advisory support.
- Preparing quotes as well as following them up and closing deals are part of your responsibilities.
- You handle incoming complaints and returns and ensure a smooth processing flow.
- You work transparently with colleagues in field sales and actively support them.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for sales that also inspires our customers
- Empathy and a solution-oriented approach, especially when handling complaints
- Independent, transparent and goal-oriented working style
- Ideally, initial sales experience in inside sales
