About the role
- Independently manage and support our customers by phone and provide advisory assistance
- Prepare and calculate quotations, follow them up and close orders
- Advise skilled tradespeople on our products in the heating and ventilation technology sector
- Work transparently with field sales colleagues and provide active support to them
Requirements
- A technical vocational qualification in plumbing/heating/ventilation (SHK) with relevant professional experience, or a commercial qualification with several years of experience in the heating technology sector
- Enthusiasm for coordinating complex orders
- Enjoyment of telephone-based customer contact
- Independent, transparent and goal-oriented working style
