About the role
- Competent point of contact for developers, housing companies, MEP (TGA) planning offices and architectural firms
- Build and expand a strategic network
- Support our customers with customized building services (TGA) concepts
- Targeted placement of our products with tenderers and decision-makers
- Market monitoring and initiation of measures
- Development and structuring of the sales territory
- Active sales consulting
- Marketing of PFEIFFER & MAY services – sample lounge, shower enclosure and photovoltaics services
- Goal-oriented project tracking
- Strategic scheduling
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of the plumbing, heating and HVAC (SHK) industry
- Strong sales orientation
- Good time management and self-organization skills
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- High self-motivation and commitment
