About the role
- You independently manage and advise our customers by phone.
- Preparing energy yield and economic feasibility calculations is part of your responsibilities.
- You prepare quotations, follow them up and manage them through to successful closing.
- You handle incoming complaints and returns and ensure smooth processing.
- You independently size and design heat pumps, PV and solar systems.
- You further develop and strategically grow the technical sales for heat pumps, PV and solar systems.
- You work transparently with field sales colleagues and actively support them.
Requirements
- Solid expertise in electrical engineering, photovoltaics and solar thermal systems is desirable
- Knowledge of heat pumps is an advantage
- Strong technical understanding and ideally professional experience in sales of heat pumps, PV and solar systems
- A passion for sales that inspires our customers
- Independent, transparent and goal-oriented working style
