- Independently manage our customers by phone and provide them with advisory support
- Prepare quotations and follow them up through to closing
- Handle incoming complaints and returns, ensuring smooth processing
- Work transparently with field sales colleagues and actively support them
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for sales that positively engages customers
- Empathy and a solution-oriented approach, especially when handling complaints
- Independent, transparent and target-driven working style
- Ideally, initial experience in internal sales
