About the role

  • You will independently handle and advise our customers by phone.
  • Preparing and calculating quotations as well as following up and closing them are part of your responsibilities.
  • You handle incoming complaints and returns, ensuring a fast, customer‑oriented resolution.
  • You provide training to skilled tradespeople on our products in the heating and ventilation sector.
  • You independently prepare hydraulic schematics and perform the design and sizing of underfloor heating and ventilation systems.
  • You cooperate transparently with field sales colleagues and actively support them.

Requirements

  • Technical qualification in plumbing, heating and HVAC (SHK) and relevant professional experience
  • Enthusiasm for coordinating complex orders and enjoyment of customer contact by phone
  • Independent, transparent and goal‑oriented working style
