About the role
- Independently manage and advise customers by phone
- Prepare and price quotations, follow up and close sales
- Handle incoming complaints and returns
- Train specialist contractors on heating and ventilation products
- Create hydraulic diagrams and design underfloor heating and ventilation systems
- Support field sales colleagues
Requirements
- Technical vocational training in plumbing, heating and ventilation (SHK) and relevant work experience
- Enthusiasm for coordinating complex orders and a strong interest in telephone-based customer contact
- Independent, transparent and goal-oriented working style
