About the role
- You are responsible for planning sales and investments and for financial controlling.
- You oversee staff organization and are responsible for optimizing structures and processes in your showroom.
- You maintain business relationships with trade customers, planners/architects and other business partners.
- You plan and implement marketing activities, such as events and advertising, and are responsible for the showroom’s visual presentation.
- For your customers you prepare tailored quotes as well as individual design proposals and visualizations for bathroom fittings using modern planning software.
- You process orders through to successful sales completion and handle complaint processing.
Requirements
- Strong sales skills with a passion for customer advising and sales
- Enthusiasm and excellent communication skills
- Assertiveness and persuasive ability
- Openness to digital working methods (iPad, planning software, etc.)
- Completed vocational training, preferably related to design and consulting, or a degree in interior architecture
- Initial sales experience or management experience is an advantage
