About the role
- Primary contact for developers, housing companies, MEP/building services planning offices and architectural firms
- Build and expand a strategic network
- Support our customers with tailored building services (TGA) concepts
- Targeted placement of our products with tendering parties and decision-makers
- Market monitoring and initiating appropriate measures
- Development and structuring of the sales territory
- Active sales consulting
- Promotion of P&M services – sample lounge, shower partition and photovoltaic services
- Goal-oriented project follow-up
- Strategic scheduling of appointments
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of the plumbing, heating and HVAC (SHK) industry
- Strong sales orientation
- Good time management and self-organization
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- High self-motivation and commitment
