About the role

  • Primary contact for developers, housing companies, MEP/building services planning offices and architectural firms
  • Build and expand a strategic network
  • Support our customers with tailored building services (TGA) concepts
  • Targeted placement of our products with tendering parties and decision-makers
  • Market monitoring and initiating appropriate measures
  • Development and structuring of the sales territory
  • Active sales consulting
  • Promotion of P&M services – sample lounge, shower partition and photovoltaic services
  • Goal-oriented project follow-up
  • Strategic scheduling of appointments

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of the plumbing, heating and HVAC (SHK) industry
  • Strong sales orientation
  • Good time management and self-organization
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
  • High self-motivation and commitment
