About the role
- Competent point of contact for property developers, housing associations/property managers, TGA (building services engineering) planning offices, and architectural firms
- Establishing and expanding a strategic network
- Supporting our customers with tailored TGA concepts
- Targeted placement of our products with tendering parties and decision-makers
- Market monitoring and initiation of appropriate measures
- Development and structuring of the sales territory
- Active sales consulting
- Marketing of P&M services – sample lounge, shower enclosure service, and photovoltaic service
- Goal-oriented project tracking
- Strategic scheduling
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of the SHK (sanitary, heating & air-conditioning) industry
- Strong sales orientation
- Good time management and self-organization
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- High self-motivation and commitment
