About the role
- Independently manage and advise our customers by phone.
- Prepare and calculate quotations, follow up on them and close orders.
- Process incoming complaints and returns, ensuring quick, customer-oriented resolutions.
- Train skilled installers and contractors on our products in the field of heating and ventilation technology.
- Create hydraulic diagrams and size/design underfloor heating systems and ventilation systems.
- Maintain transparent cooperation with field sales colleagues and provide active support.
Requirements
- Technical vocational training in plumbing, heating and ventilation (SHK) and relevant professional experience
- Enthusiasm for coordinating complex orders and enjoyment of telephone-based customer contact
- Independent, transparent and target-oriented working style
