About the role
- Competent point of contact for property developers, the housing sector, MEP (building services) planning offices, and architectural firms
- Build and expand a strategic network
- Support our customers with customized MEP/building services concepts
- Targeted placement of our products with tendering authorities and decision-makers
- Market monitoring and initiation of appropriate measures
- Development and structuring of the sales territory
- Proactive sales consulting
- Marketing of P&M services – sample lounge, shower partition service, and photovoltaic service
- Goal-oriented project tracking
- Strategic scheduling
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of the plumbing, heating and HVAC (SHK) industry
- Strong sales orientation
- Good time management and self-organization
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- High self-motivation and commitment
