About the role
- Partner closely with the CEO, ExCo, and senior leaders to turn strategy into real, lasting change.
- Shape the change approach for AML, separation or product-led initiatives.
- Map enterprise-wide impacts across customers, product, tech, risk and operations and turn complexity into a clear, practical plan.
- Work side-by-side with Product and Delivery teams to align change activity to release cycles.
- Design clear, targeted communications for internal teams, customers, and industry stakeholders.
- Define what "ready" looks like and track adoption to make sure new ways of working actually stick.
- Spot people-side risks early and guide leaders on how to address them before they become issues.
Requirements
- Experience leading complex, cross-enterprise change and confidently partnering with ExCo-level stakeholders.
- Ability to design integrated change strategies that connect impact, communications, training and adoption.
- Experience embedding change into product-led or Agile delivery environments.
- Strong focus on measurable adoption outcomes and proactive people-side risk management.
