About the role

  • Partner closely with the CEO, ExCo, and senior leaders to turn strategy into real, lasting change.
  • Shape the change approach for AML, separation or product-led initiatives.
  • Map enterprise-wide impacts across customers, product, tech, risk and operations and turn complexity into a clear, practical plan.
  • Work side-by-side with Product and Delivery teams to align change activity to release cycles.
  • Design clear, targeted communications for internal teams, customers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Define what "ready" looks like and track adoption to make sure new ways of working actually stick.
  • Spot people-side risks early and guide leaders on how to address them before they become issues.

Requirements

  • Experience leading complex, cross-enterprise change and confidently partnering with ExCo-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to design integrated change strategies that connect impact, communications, training and adoption.
  • Experience embedding change into product-led or Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong focus on measurable adoption outcomes and proactive people-side risk management.
